Benjamin Button Second Trailer

Director David Fincher has been working on a cinema adaptation of the 1922 short story "The Curious Case of Benjamin Button" by F. Scott Fitzgerald. Brad Pitt and Cate Blanchett are the ideal cast for this beautiful movie.

A second trailer has been unveiled for Benjamin Button, here it is:

Life can only be understood backward.
It must be lived forward.

The Curious Case of Benjamin Button

I think they should void to release too much footage of the Curious case of benjamin Button from now on till the official premiere of the movie. I'm afraid the trailer already gives away too much f the plot of Benjamin Button...

Benjamin Button Olympics TV Spot

The Curious Case Of Benjamin Button - Cate Blanchett and Brad PittA TV spot for the Curious Case of Benjamin Button ran during the Olympics a few days ago. Thanks to a fellow fan we may still have a look to this Benjamin button clip:

By now I'm pretty sure that the movie centers more on love than on the curious case of Benjamin Button: the real story obviously revolves around the growing love between Cate Blanchett and Brad Pitt! Great!

Benjamin Button First Trailer

The first trailer of The Curious Case of Benjamin Button has shown up. It's actually some international trailer in Spanish, but not that much dialogue: nonetheless a really interesting trailer showing Benjamin Button getting younger from his birth to later on in his life... Isn't that weird, I mean positively weird?

Here below the first Benjamin Button trailer:

I was born under unusual circumstances.

The Curious Case Of Benjamin Button

The movie is starring Brad Pitt and Cate Blanchett. Lucky Brad Pitt, always surrounded by pretty and clever women!

If you're wondering about the Benjamin Button soundtrack you may hear in the trailer, it's Aquarium from 'The Carnival of the Animals' by French composer Camille Saint Saƫns (1835- 1921). You may listen again to the section Aquarium here below:

I hope the whole soundtrack of Benjamin Button will be as great: it perfectly matches the plot and emphasizes the (feeling of) weirdness of the story F. Scott Fitzgerald once wrote.

Curious Case of Benjamin Button in 2008

The Curious Case of Benjamin Button by David Fincher is a movie adaptation of the 1922 short story "The Curious Case of Benjamin Button" written by American author F. Scott Fitzgerald. The film is starring Brad Pitt and Cate Blanchett.
Benjamin Button is set for a release in November 2008.

Brad Pitt in the role of Benjamin ButtonThe plot:
"In the early 20th century, a 80-year-old man (Brad Pitt) is born aging backwards, causing complications when he falls in love with a 30 year old woman (Cate Blanchett). Fincher said, 'It's dark, it's romantic, and it also deals with mortality in a pretty unflattering way. The guy is born in 1919 - with the film itself beginning in world war I, travelling around the world and carrying on all the way through to the year 2000.'" (Source: Wikipedia)

Searching for more information about the Curious Case of Benjamin Button I found those two really interesting magazine scans. Though I can't determine where they come from I'm sure they're authentic :
(click on a scan to enlarge it, really, should do it: it's worth reading the text of the pictures!)

That's a really strange movie! I'm surprised that Brad Pitt is in it. If he made this bet we can be but sure that the movie is great!
